Conclusion:
If you can:
1. be in the middle of a loud, crazy, somewhat orthodox group, and still smile at each other like you're the only ones in the room (irrefutable candid evidence above)
2. be consistently and exceedingly happy with each other, even on days when everything around you is falling apart (seriously, the second photo was taken on an extremely low day)
3. be grateful for each other, even when you know the other person isn't really going anywhere
... you clearly deserve to have a ring put on it. So we did. And yes, this is permanent too.
