Groan

If you take 2/3rd of 4/7th of x number of balls out of a bag containing red, yellow, and blue balls, what's the probability I don't care what the rest of the question is? Humph! The GMAT(h) is an unfairly prejudiced test that disrespects the abilities and intelligence of the mathematically challenged sections of mankind.

Why would a manager want to know how many times the blue ball would emerge if he were to randomly put in and take out balls from a bag full of mixed colored balls? I mean I realize most managers are jobless for the majority of their day, but really! Is THIS their idea of fun??

And why oh why must my mutant parents know the answers to these questions without writing them out? This GMAT ordeal is making me question my very genesis. Nonetheless, persist I shall. For 'tis a superficial world I live in where knowledge on ball-behaviour is apparently considered more important than anything else.

SHAME ON YOU, WORLD! SHAME, I SAY! SHAME!
