Can't Buy Me Love

Pyaar mein sauda nahi? Not anymore! Love, in today's enlightened generation, costs all of fifty bucks a month; although sex might cost a wee bit more. The folks at Airtel made me feel all warm and wanted by gallantly offering to sell me love in the form of ' daily cute romantic SMS, good morning message, picture message, greetings etc'. All for fifty buckeroos. I feel loved, don't you?

Not so much

On the one hand, in a TEAM, Together Everyone Achieves More. On the other hand, Together Everyone Annoys me More too. I suppose teamwork's all a matter of perspective.

Here's my perspective: Being in a team doesn't frikkin WORK!

Hard on the Knees

The terracotta tiles were still warm. They enveloped the deep shadows cast by the pillars on the balcony; making them glow with the intensity of an oil painting. Above the picture shone the quintessential full moon wrapped in the floating wisps of passing clouds.

The man below the balcony completed the scene. Dashing in his Navy uniform, he blended into the canvas of my eye with surprising ease. Following his progress from my vantage point in the shadows of the balcony; I leaned over the little pillars, sighing with as much pleasure over the aesthetic effect as over the man himself.

.. Next thing you know, there I was on the ground beneath. And that, my friends, is how you fall for a man in style :) These stunts are not to be tried at home, by the way.
